to oversee and manage daily operations within our warehouse facility and existing team. The Warehouse

Manager/Coordinator

will be responsible for ensuring efficient operations that meet both company standards and customer expectations. This role involves overseeing quality control, returns processing, inventory management, safety protocols, and collaboration with various departments to ensure smooth warehouse operations. Key Responsibilities Manage Quality Control, Returns, Repairs, and RMA processes to ensure adherence to company standards and customer satisfaction. Serve as the primary point of contact within the organization for warehouse-related matters, fostering effective communication and collaboration. Conduct routine cycle counts and an end of year physical inventory count to ensure and maintain inventory accuracy. Coordinate, dispatch, and expedite activities to meet delivery timelines and customer demands. Define and prioritize "hot orders" to ensure urgent customer needs are met promptly. Resolve issues related to orders, inventory discrepancies, and warehouse operations; provide regular reporting on issue resolution. Accurately enter inventory transactions and maintain supporting documents for auditing purposes. Report on supplier quality and raise issues as needed to maintain high standards. Collaborate with Operations Manager and Quality Engineer to prioritize orders and optimize picker workflows. Facilitate pre-receipt collaboration with procurement and other departments to streamline incoming goods processes. Conduct daily safety inspections and ensure compliance with health and safety standards in the warehouse. Calculate and measure warehouse Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) honestly and accurately. Responsible for the overall health and safety of the warehouse environment. Ensure directives from the Operations Manager and Quality Engineer are followed throughout all warehouse activities to ensure ISO 9001 compliance. Work closely with Operations Manager and Quality Engineer to identify areas for improvement and implement enhancements to warehouse processes.

Qualifications Proven experience in warehouse operations, logistics, or a related field. Strong understanding of quality control processes, returns management, and inventory control. Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams. Detail-oriented with strong analytical skills to identify and resolve operational issues. Proficiency in using warehouse management software and MS Office applications. Knowledge of health and safety regulations and practices. Proactive and able to work independently with minimal supervision. The ability to lift heavy objects and drive a forklift & reach truck
