Actalent is Hiring an Electrical Project Engineer for a multidisciplinary engineering, planning & design company in the Peachtree Corners Area

Description:

+ We are looking for a talented and driven Electrical Engineer to become an integral part of our team.

+ The ideal candidate will excel in designing, developing, testing, and overseeing the production and installation of electrical equipment, components, and systems.

Skills:

+ Design, develop, and implement electrical systems and components to meet project specifications and requirements.

+ Conduct detailed electrical design analysis and calculations.

+ Create and review technical drawings, specifications, and documentation for electrical systems and equipment.

+ Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of electrical systems into final project design.

+ Monitor installation of designed equipment/systems to ensure compliance with design specifications and safety codes.

+ Ensure compliance with industry standards, codes, and safety regulations.

+ Advise clients regarding electrical systems/requirements available to meet their needs and comply with safety codes.

+ Evaluate deliverables and make recommendations for qualified resource needs.

+ Proactively troubleshoot and resolve design issues.

+ Stay up-to-date with industry trends, technologies, and best practices to continuously improve the design process.

+ Participate in design reviews, project meetings, and provide technical guidance to junior engineers and other team members.

Additional Skills & Qualifications:

+ Strong knowledge of electrical equipment design, ANSI, and IEEE Standards.

+ Proficiency in Revit and AutoCAD.

+ Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to apply engineering principles to real-world challenges.

+ Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.

+ Detail-oriented with a strong commitment to quality and continuous improvement.
