Welcome to LHH Our client is searching for a Manufacturing Engineer to join their team ON-SITE in Gahanna, OH.
Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Manufacturing Engineer located in Gahanna, OH. The Manufacturing Engineer will be responsible for overseeing day-to-day manufacturing processes and operations. This includes collaborating with industrial and mechanical engineers to optimize manufacturing processes, ensuring efficient production, and implementing continuous improvement initiatives. The Manufacturing Engineer will also be involved in machining operations and will contribute to the development and implementation of new manufacturing technologies.
**This is not a remote role**
Qualifications
- Strong knowledge of Manufacturing Processes, Manufacturing Engineering, and Industrial Engineering
- Experience with machining operations and equipment
- Ability to analyze and optimize manufacturing processes
- Demonstrated experience in implementing continuous improvement initiatives
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or related field
- Experience in the chemical industry a plus*
