This role involves evaluating measurement variable tolerances and spearheading continuous improvement initiatives. The role does not require reporting to a specific location but demands openness to frequent travel.

Hard Skills

+ 3-5+ years experience as a Manufacturing Engineer, Process Engineer or Quality Engineer

+ BS in Mechanical Engineering

+ Statistical knowledge

+ Capability study/ Capability analysis experience

+ Knowledge of machinery/equipment

+ Proficiency in Minitab

Work Environment

The position involves traveling to 8 different plants, including 5 window plants and 3 vinyl plants located in Washington, Arizona, North Carolina, Iowa, and Ontario. Projects typically last for 1- 2 weeks, allowing weekends at home. All travel expenses, including food, hotels, and car rentals, are covered by the company.
