Job Description

Seeking a dynamic Manufacturing Engineer ready to travel and enhance plant processes across multiple locations. The successful candidate will diagnose manufacturing process issues, review maintenance work orders, ensure proper documentation, and work closely with the maintenance planner and manufacturing personnel. This role involves evaluating measurement variable tolerances and spearheading continuous improvement initiatives. The role does not require reporting to a specific location but demands openness to frequent travel.

Hard Skills

+ 3-5+ years experience as a Manufacturing Engineer, Process Engineer or Quality Engineer

+ BS in Mechanical Engineering

+ Statistical knowledge

+ Capability study/ Capability analysis experience

+ Knowledge of machinery/equipment

+ Proficiency in Minitab

Work Environment

The position involves traveling to 8 different plants, including 5 window plants and 3 vinyl plants located in Washington, Arizona, North Carolina, Iowa, and Ontario. Projects typically last for 1- 2 weeks, allowing weekends at home. All travel expenses, including food, hotels, and car rentals, are covered by the company.
