The compensation is based on experience and will range from $70,000 to $110,000 per year, in addition to a bonus, comprehensive benefit plans, Paid Time Off, and a 401 (k) plan.

About the Role


  • Develops effective manufacturing processes by evaluating product requirements and designing, modifying, and testing manufacturing methods and equipment to ensure desired results.
  • Apply industry knowledge of product design, fabrication, assembly, tooling, and materials and collaborate with production associates.
  • Identify and resolve process operating problems, investigate equipment failures, draft follow-up action reports, and share technical assistance with workers on the floor.
  • Conduct root cause analysis of quality issues during the manufacturing process.
  • Coordinate with operations and management personnel to develop a shared vision for the completion of daily tasks and then report on those activities.
  • Monitor and improve manufacturing efficiency by analyzing and planning workflow while optimizing space and equipment layout.
  • Identify new and creative solutions to resolve complex issues during the manufacturing process.

Qualifications


  • A Bachelor's Degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Industrial, Ceramic, Material Science, Metallurgical, or a related field) is required.
  • A minimum of 2 years of Process Engineering experience is essential, with previous project management experience being a plus.
  • Experience in Quality Manufacturing, including statistical analysis, data processing, and lean manufacturing processes, is required.
  • Proficiency in CAD and drafting/design skills, along with a solid understanding of Engineering Drawings, is essential.
  • Experience in electrical design and/or PLC is a plus.
