Essential Functions:

  • Negotiate terms and deadlines with suppliers.
  • Coordinate the physical flow of materials, products, and tools to meet customer and supplier demands.
  • Estimate product quantities to order based on stock levels, forecasts, and delivery times.
  • Ensure receipt and compliance of orders with specifications.
  • Establish delivery schedules for suppliers.
  • Monitor and propose improvements for inventory management.
  • Manage program and supplier indicators and perform customer reporting on product delivery planning and activity.
  • Continuously update the supplier database with new market data.
  • Supervise dispute resolution.

Job Requirements:

  • Knowledge of purchasing and supply procedures.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Experience with ERP software.
  • Understanding of the industrial process and workshop needs.
  • Familiarity with materials, products, and various parts.
  • Negotiation skills and market knowledge.
  • Mastery of logistics tools.
