American National is hiring a full-time Corporate Buyer team member This role involves managing indirect category spend, tracking order fulfillment, and processing returns. Partner with internal users regarding procurement processes Source vendors and negotiate terms of partnership when applicable Address downstream procurement that includes placing an order, tracking an order, and invoicing Provide excellent customer service and be the liaison between the vendor and American National stakeholders Qualifications: Minimum, two years professional work experience Advanced skills in Microsoft Office Suite programs: Excel; V-Look up, Pivot tables, Reporting / Outlook; Organize meetings Strong written and verbal communication skills Demonstrated ability to successfully negotiate pricing terms Preferred Qualifications: Two years of professional experience in the field of finance, accounting, procurement, and/or supply chain management Two year completed degree Knowledge of procurement systems, Coupa system beneficial American National offers eligible employees and their families medical, dental, vision, and basic life insurance.
