Requirements

Job Responsibilities:
  • Manage and oversee the speech therapy department
  • Develop and implement therapy programs and protocols
  • Provide leadership and support to speech language pathologists
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory and licensing requirements
  • Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of therapy services
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals
Qualifications:
  • Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology
  • Current state license in Speech-Language Pathology
  • Prior experience in a leadership or supervisory role
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Passionate about providing quality care
  • Familiarity with relevant laws and regulations
