We're expanding in the local market and beyond, and we want to add members to our amazing team of Director of Operations in Omaha, NE Join us for one of the area's leading property management companies

What You Will Do
  • Collaborate with the leadership team to create, administer, and implement operation development strategies
  • Maximize operational performance by training, evaluating, and providing feedback and recommendations
  • Facilitate alongside the IT team tactical planning for new product/procedure roll outs
  • Keep abreast of current changes in technology, processes, and standards within the industry
  • Assists in the maintenance of operational KPI databases used to gather and report on performance. Be the liaison between leadership and PMS contacts
  • Collaborate with the leadership team to understand their needs and concerns related to initiatives and changes
  • Collaborate with vendors to support change management efforts
  • Communicate effectively with all levels of the organization to ensure understanding and buy-in for change efforts
  • Supports requirements gathering for system projects when required as well as testing and on-going
  • Assist and oversee property transitions and due diligence through the entire process
  • Ensure SOP is maintained and updated with new policies and procedures
  • Assist with maintaining consistent training offerings and work side by side department leaders to ensure training expectations are being met
  • Create and implement tailored training plan based on role specific needs
  • Create leaderboard tracking to celebrate top performers
  • Ensure required compliance needs are being met for specific roles and work alongside department leads on scheduling specific trainings
  • Conduct analysis of current processes and identify areas in need of improvement and or change
  • All other duties as assigned
What You Will Need
  • Bachelor's degree in related field and a minimum of 5 years of successful and progressive experience or equivalent
  • Experience must include successfully managing multiple residential properties.
  • Must have experience in managing people both onsite and off-site.
  • Proven Sales and Marketing experience
  • Successful and proven experience creating and working within budgets
  • Valid Driver's License and proof of insurance required
  • Reliable transportation required
