JustTech is actively seeking a highly skilled individual with excellent communication & organizational skills for a Customer Care Specialist (Sales) full-time position. The position will join our Customer Care Specialist team and be stationed in JustTech’s Huntington, West Virginia office location and will virtually support all of JustTech’s clients located in 6 states and Washington, DC. This individual will report to the Director of Sales. JustTech is a technology company specializing in providing Print Solutions, Network Solutions and App Solutions with a regional focus. Job Duties: Routinely check in on JustTech’s regional clients via phone and email. Updating establishment information in CRM (or Salesforce) to include contacts, account notes, tasks, and other account details. Promoting all lines of JustTech’s business including print solutions, desktop/home solutions, managed network solutions, cloud fax solutions, and software solutions. Asking for Referrals Fulfilling Xerox App orders for organizations around the country. Communicate with customers, potential customers, and JustTech Team to keep everyone updated. Other duties as assigned. Job Requirements: A bachelor’s degree or current and relevant experience. Knowledge with multifunction copier and printer technology is a plus. Knowledge with managed IT services is a plus Strong time management skills and ability to handle a fast-paced work environment Must possess strong organization skills We offer a robust compensation package with commission and bonus potential.
