Customer Service Representative Ii What Customer Operations Support contributes to Cardinal Health Customer Service is responsible for establishing, maintaining and enhancing customer business through contract administration, customer orders, and problem resolution. Job Summary The Representative II, Customer Service Operations is responsible for providing services to customers by acting as a liaison in problem-solving, research and order problem/dispute resolution. Responsibilities Offer professional and timely service as a representative of Cardinal Health at-Home Support an inbound call queue, providing assistance in placing orders, searching products, processing returns, responding to order inquiries, providing delivery updates, and answering questions Provide problem resolution for order issues in a timely manner Qualifications High School diploma, GED or equivalent, or equivalent work experience, preferred 2-4 years' experience in Customer Service preferred Prior computer experience using Microsoft Office systems required Team-oriented mindset Demonstrate a passion for healthcare Strong organizational skills and attention to detail What is expected of you and others at this level Applies acquired job skills and company policies and procedures to complete standard tasks Works on routine assignments that require basic problem resolution Refers to policies and past practices for guidance, including usage of SOP's and written instructions. Receives general direction on standard work; receives detailed instruction on new assignments Consults with supervisor or senior peers on complex and unusual problems Consults with supervisor or senior peers on complex and unusual problems Demonstrate excellent communication skills Must be able to multitask in a fast-paced environment Must maintain a distraction free workspace.
