The Product Marketing Manager Will Contribute In The Following Ways: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and execute go-to-market strategies for new product launches, feature releases, and updates. Create compelling product messaging and positioning that effectively communicates the value proposition and benefits of our products to target audiences. Develop and maintain a deep understanding of the target market, customer personas, and competitive landscape to inform marketing strategies. Leverage Account Based Marketing (ABM) strategies to drive engagement and conversion within key accounts. Partner with a sales enablement marketing partner and collaborate with the sales team to create the necessary tools, resources, and training to enable them to effectively communicate product value to prospects and customers. Utilize marketing automation tools to design and implement demand generation campaigns, nurturing leads throughout the customer journey. Analyze market trends, customer feedback, and performance metrics to identify opportunities for continuous improvement and optimization of marketing strategies. Requirements Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business, or a related field. MBA is a plus. Proven experience (5+ years) in product marketing, ideally with a tech-enabled services company, with a track record of successful product launches and marketing campaigns. Proficiency in Salesforce, utilizing it for lead management and tracking, reporting, and opportunity analysis. Strong understanding of marketing automation platforms (e.g., Pardot, Marketing Cloud) to execute targeted campaigns to engage current customers and nurture leads. Demonstrated expertise in Account Based Marketing (ABM) strategies, effectively tailoring marketing efforts to key accounts. Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to create compelling content for different audiences and channels. Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and generate actionable insights to optimize marketing strategies. Experience working in PowerBI is a plus. Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple initiatives and deadlines simultaneously. Creative thinker with the ability to generate innovative ideas and strategies to differentiate our products in the market. Self-motivated and proactive, with a strong sense of ownership and accountability for results. Experience with product analytics or in-app communications platforms, and foundational understanding of building content in WordPress is a plus.
