Part-time, 2-3 days per week | in-office/Hybrid | New York City

Viam is seeking a motivated Marketing Intern to join our dynamic team for the Fall 2024 semester (September - December). This internship offers a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in various aspects of marketing while contributing to our company's growth and mission. This is a paid internship.
You'll be:

  • Assisting with project management, including organizing assets, sales collateral, and maintaining project tracking systems
  • Supporting outreach initiatives for influencer collaborations, content syndication, and social media engagement
  • Coordinating and tracking multi-asset marketing campaigns, timelines, and ad spend metrics
  • Proofreading and editing content for accuracy, clarity, and consistency
  • Conducting market and competitive research to support team initiatives
  • Assisting with social media scheduling, quality assurance, and metrics reporting
  • Helping coordinate marketing events as needed
We're looking for someone with:
  • Current undergraduate student or recent graduate interested in pursuing a career in marketing
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
  • Proficiency in Google Workspace; experience with project management tools (e.g., JIRA, Airtable) is a plus
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
  • Positive attitude, reliability, and eagerness to learn
