We will sponsor our employees for Permanent Residency if needed.Current open positions: Position: MicroStrategy Developer with Strong Tableau:Location: Boston, MA or Remote.Type: Full time position.JOB DUTIES:Third party may not apply.7+ years of experience developing enterprise BI solutions4+ years focus as a MicroStrategy developer4+ years working extensively on new Tableau reportsExpertise in dashboard and data visualization creation, best practices and design principlesApply with recent resumePosition: PeopleSoft Functional Lead: Job Duties:Configure, Design, support development of enhancements to Peoplesoft HCM application.Stay abreast of the new releases of Images, tax updates and patches.Present new features delivered to the project governance board.Independently work on tasks end to end, take ownership from Design to Production migration including communication to various teamsHandle all customer requests promptly within the organizations SLA.Ensure that products conform to Section 508 Accessibility requirements.Provide support to Business analysts in production support or new functionality fit-gap sessions.Collaborate with internal/external teams to ensure development, configuration and implementation is consistent with user specifications and perform follow-up as required.Advise Management on administrative and operating problems pertaining to system administration and management.Participate in all phases of application test scripting and testing.Provide best practice and approach to implementing new functionality.Ensure that the scheduled migrations are accurate and timely.Train the FTE Staff in the new featuresQualifications:Required 7+ years of Experience in Peoplesoft HCM ImplementationsRequired 4+ years of leading business fit-gap session and requirements development.Expert in providing demos of new features and functionality.Expert in operationalizing the new features and work with developers in automationExtend training of the changes to the existing or new functionality to FTE StaffPossess excellent communication and documentation skills#J-18808-Ljbffr
