Executive Assistant The State of New Hampshire, State Treasury has a full-time vacancy for 43-6010 Administrative Assistants-3. To perform diverse clerical and administrative duties under direction of the State Treasurer and State Treasury leadership to achieve daily objectives for the State Treasury. Each additional year of approved formal education may be substituted for one year of required work experience and/or each additional year of approved work experience may be substituted for one year of required formal education. Minimum Qualifications: Education/Experience: Equivalent combination of 2 years of education and experience after completion of high school. License/Certification: None Other Requirements: None Trainee Option: Candidates with an equivalent combination of 1+ years of relevant education and experience after completion of high school may be considered and hired in trainee status for this position. Responsibilities: Manages and maintains the State Treasurers calendar, including scheduling meetings, presentations, and other responsibilities of the State Treasurer. Receives and screens external telephone calls from other State of New Hampshire agencies as well as the general public. Provides answers for routine questions and directs calls as needed to the appropriate division or functional area. Composes and drafts correspondence, as requested, following prescribed agency policy. Prepares and edits reports and presentations by collecting data and utilizing information contained within systems and databases. Coordinates and prepares materials for board meetings and administratively attached and/or supported by the State Treasury Commission meetings, including agendas, meeting minutes, and any photocopies needed. Assists in the coordination of right to know requests within established timeframes and in accordance with regulations. Organizes and maintains files and records. Reviews reimbursement requests and supporting documentation related to the three scholarship programs to ensure funds are granted to eligible New Hampshire students and in accordance with program requirements. Prepares the proper documentation for the business office to disburse scholarship funds to participating post-secondary education institutions. Monitors compliance with scholarship program requirements, including annual verification of post-secondary education institutions eligibility, and reporting requirements related to program results and student enrollment data. Reviews and analyzes student enrollment data and scholarship program results to determine scholarship eligibility criteria. Compiles results to be presented to the State Treasurer. Coordinates and completes special projects and tasks in support of the administrative needs as assigned by the State Treasurer.
