Principais responsabilidades do cargo: Coordenar e controlar a execução dos planos de ações e dos processos estabelecidos pelo nível gerencial. Coordenar atividades e equipes em sua área de atuação e ser responsável pelo planejamento operacional e pelos resultados obtidos. Atuar na coordenação, acompanhamento, controle e execução das atividades ligadas aos programas e planos de marketing. Assegurar a coordenação e acompanhamento de pesquisas e análise de potencial, comportamento e tendências do mercado, posicionamento de marca e concorrência, publicidade, propaganda, comunicação, eventos, planejamento e lançamentos de novos produtos. Assegurar o padrão global da marca nos eventos e materiais de comunicação. Realizar a aplicação do plano de marketing, feiras, eventos e ações promocionais, previamente aprovadas. Buscar parcerias para o desenvolvimento de campanhas que agreguem valor ao produto. Elaborar relatórios e ferramentas para medição do retorno de campanhas de marketing, campanhas de mídias, promoções e ações de vendas. Buscar oportunidades para a realização de eventos, ações e promoções. Manter o adequado relacionamento com os principais veículos de comunicação. Reportar aos superiores os trabalhos realizados e, quando possível, seus resultados. Administrar atividades, fornecer orientações e distribuir tarefas à equipe. Atuar no desenvolvimento e aprimoramento de produtos e embalagens, junto aos superiores. Realizar análise de custos. Elaborar budget (orçamento) da área garantindo o seu controle, bem como realizar previsão de crescimento (forecast). #J-18808-Ljbffr
