Position Summary Senior Consultants come with a wide variety of experience utilizing their technical expertise to lead clients through implementation, optimization, and enhancements of their Cerner system. They partner with healthcare professionals, IT teams and other stakeholders to ensure the effective use of Cerner, enhance clinical and administrative workflows, and improve patient care outcomes. Qualifications Job Responsibilities: Provide consulting and subject matter expertise to clients by assessing, identifying, and providing solutions to their Cerner System. Conduct system testing and validation to ensure functionality and data integrity. Identify opportunities for system optimization and enhancement to improve efficiency and user satisfaction. Provide ongoing technical support and troubleshooting for end-users. Develop and maintain documentation for system configurations, processes, and training. Create user guides, manuals, and other educational resources to support learning and adoption. Coordinate and manage project timelines, resources, and deliverables during implementation and optimization projects. Work closely with project leadership, including documentation and facilitation. Work directly with Cerner end users. Monitor workflows, provide documentation, and optimization suggestions. Maintain strong communication with PM, leader and team to promote a collaborative working environment. Required Experience: Extensive knowledge and hands-on experience of the Cerner Millennium Patient Accounting application. Experience with workflow assessments, system design, DCWs, build, training, testing, integration points with other Cerner Millennium solutions. Previous participation in go-live support and post-implementation optimization of the Cerner Patient Accounting solution. Proficiency in Cerner system configuration and support.
