The Staffing & Production Operations role reports to the Experiential Staffing & Support Specialist and assists both the Staffing & Support Specialist and the Inventory & Activation Specialist in maintaining productivity levels for staffing and activation needs. This responsibility will require working with both Specialists to ensure statewide activations have necessary elements in a timely fashion throughout out Open Enrollment event season.

Essential functions:
Support Specialists in activation element planning, scheduling, and shipping/receiving
Assist in NFL Warehouse a minimum of 2 days/ week with potential for more
Assist in scheduling staff for various events statewide
Assist in inventory management
Assist in information distribution of staffing and asset shipping/receiving
Execute on assigned tasks and projects
Calendar management
Communicate with both internal and external parties
Assist with load-in/out of activation elements

Job Requirements:
Experience working in a regulated industry
Experience in client services role
Experience working in a cross-functional team in a fast-paced environment
Experience working with and coordinating multiple clients and agencies
Organizational skills
Ability to resolve issues and barriers
Ability to build relationships within the business area, across the organization and external partners
Ability to perform basic warehouse functions of picking, packing and shipping
Ability to lift and carry up to 50lbs

Experience:
0-2 years related work experience or equivalent combination of transferable experience and education

Education:
Brand, marketing, communications or in related field - Related Bachelors degree or additional related equivalent work experience

Hybrid work schedule

Experience w. shipping/receiving
Production/staffing support for events
Creating and distributing marketing materials
Will be required to be on-site while other resources are off-site at events
