Cirtec's Engineering team offers design & development work, our Operations team has machining, engineering, and assembly. As Cirtec's Learning and Development Project Manager your primary responsibility will be developing, implementing and executing learning, development and communication to employees and Cirtec as a whole. This role is pivotal in fostering a culture of continuous learning and professional growth within our organization, while also ensuring effective internal communication strategies are in place. The ideal candidate will be passionate about employee development, possess strong communication skills, and have a strategic mindset to drive impactful initiatives. As the L&D Project Manager, you will design, deliver, and evaluate training programs, workshops, and initiatives to enhance employee skills, knowledge, and performance. You will ???????monitor and assess the effectiveness of training programs through feedback, metrics, and performance evaluations, making adjustments as necessary. You will ??????develop and execute internal communication strategies to ensure effective dissemination of information, company updates, and organizational initiatives. You will also support organizational change initiatives by developing communication plans, training materials and resources to facilitate smooth transitions. You will be a change agent, promoting positive attitudes and facilitating acceptance of change among employees. You will have the opportunity to collaborate with cross-functional teams, including HR, leadership, and department heads, to align learning, development, and communication initiatives with organizational priorities.
