PCG is searching for an experienced Financial Services Project Manager to manage and coordinate all aspects of a large project. Our ideal candidate possesses: Superior time management, leadership and communication skills. Background in one or more of the following: Brokerage, Annuities, Compensation, Managed Accounts, Mutual Funds, FINRA Series, IRA's, 401k. Competent in adapting to changing environment and ambiguous situations. Primary Responsibilities: Lead project teams and managing all activities in a project life-cycle associated with high visibility projects that are long-term, across one or more lines of business and carry a substantial impact to the relevant businesses. Interact with senior leadership and stakeholders to establish strategic plans and objectives for programs or projects. Consult with business partners to clarify and define complex project requirements, budgets and business cases, including statements of work. Create and deliver presentations on program or project goals and plans, including progress reports. Responsible for end-to-end program or project management, demonstrating ownership of the entire process. Develop and implement program and project level processes, procedures and performance metrics. Maintain full awareness of project statuses, assigned resources, issues and budget implications Analyze project performance, complete cost benefit analysis and recommend optimal solutions Ensure program/project-related risks are managed according to the Project Management Policy. Lead project staff, including training and providing input to performance evaluations. Preferred Qualifications: Bachelors degree in Business or related field. 10+ years of experience in project management. Ability to directly manage other team members. Problem solving skills. PMP Certification preferred. Please Note: This is a 40+ an hour week role that includes benefits. Candidates must be eligible to work as an employee of PCG.
