Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across departments and influence key stakeholders.

Analytical mindset with a keen attention to detail and the ability to make data-driven decisions.

Experience working in regulated industries and familiarity with quality standards and compliance requirements.

Certification(s) in quality management preferred.

Experience in highly regulated industries (e.g., medical devices, pharmaceuticals) highly desirable.
