As an Account Manager you are in charge of creating, fostering and sustaining valuable customer relationships. You will be responsible for prospecting clients, estimating material takeoffs, job site consults, preconstruction meetings, and project management. Sales staff are bound to our values and goals and promote the highest quality service to Shaw/Stewart's customers.KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES: Achieve sales & gross margin targets Develop & execute sales plan utilizing the Company's sales process Develop new business Continually engage in relationship management Project ManagementTHIS IS YOUThe successful Account Manager is motivated, takes an active role in personal development, and thrives in an autonomous environment. High attention to detail and efficiency in personal organization and time management are pivotal characteristics.
