Job Description:
The Front Desk Manager will be the first point of contact for clients, managing phone calls, greeting clients, and overseeing the CRM, while also driving sales and customer satisfaction.
Qualifications
- Experience in sales or customer service.
- Proficiency in CRM software and office tools, especially Excel.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Organizational skills and multitasking ability.
- Professional demeanor and appearance.
- Ability to perform high-quality work both in-shop and at off-site locations.
Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist clients in a friendly and professional manner.
- Manage incoming calls and schedule appointments and close new clients.
- Maintain and update the CRM system.
- Provide detailed information about services and products to clients.
- Handle sales transactions and follow up on leads.
- Coordinate with the service team to ensure smooth client experiences.
- Uphold the highest standards of workmanship and professionalism, especially when representing the company off-premises.
- Deep understanding of all products and their benefits.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in automotive service or retail industry.
- Minimum education level of a high school diploma.
- Fluent in English and Spanish
- Previous experience in the luxury car industry
