Passion to Care LLC is seeking a Billingual, detail-oriented and organized home health Intake Specialist to join our team. The Intake Specialist will play a crucial role in ensuring that our clients receive the appropriate care and services. The Intake Specialist be responsible for handling client intake procedures, ensuring accurate and timely processing of information, and providing an exceptional customer service experience to our clients. The ideal candidate will have experience in home health and with Georgia state wavier programs. Also possesses knowledge of relevant software systems. Key Responsibilities: Respond to inquiries from clients, families, and healthcare providers regarding home health services. Collect and review client information, including insurance details, referral sources, etc. Enter and maintain accurate client data in our electronic record system. Communicate with clients and their families to explain services, schedules, and procedures. Address any concerns or questions related to the intake process. Obtain necessary authorizations and ensure compliance with payer requirements. Ensure all required documentation is completed and filed accurately. Follow up with clients regarding referrals, and other related matters. Prepare and maintain reports on intake activities, patient status, and other relevant metrics. Adhere to confidentiality regulations and maintain client privacy. -$75 SOC BONUS/MONTHLY Qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent; 1 year experience minimum in home healthcare. - Excellent communication skills and ability to interact professionally with clients and caregivers. - Proficiency in using office software applications and phone systems. - Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. - Ability to work effectively in a timely manner Work Environment: Monday-Friday 9-5pm within an office setting located in Sandy Springs, GA Physical Requirements: Ability to sit for extended periods, use a computer, and communicate effectively in person and via phone.
