Club Fitness, a leading health & fitness brand, is seeking an experienced, passionate, and innovative Digital Marketing Manager to join our team. This individual will play a crucial role in creating, implementing, and optimizing our digital marketing strategies to increase brand awareness, drive customer engagement, and fuel business growth. The ideal candidate will have strong knowledge in key areas of digital marketing, as well as experience with industry tools for web content creation and analytics, social posting and listening, and marketing automation. Develop and implement comprehensive digital marketing strategies, campaigns, and initiatives, leveraging search, social, display, OTT, and marketing automation.
Manage and optimize the company's online presence, including website content, social media profiles, business listings, review sites, and other digital touchpoints.
Own the day-to-day management and optimization of all paid digital media.
Utilize strong analytical ability to evaluate end-to-end customer experience across multiple channels and customer touch points.
Create and implement technical SEO recommendations and optimizations.
Manage projects and relationships with digital marketing agencies and vendors.
Lead agency partner on website design and user experience, ensuring visually appealing, user-friendly, and mobile-responsiveness.
Apply A/B testing and CRO to improve web & campaign performance e.g. split and multivariant, heat and scroll maps, cart abandonment and recovery, exit intent pop-ups, etc.
Analyze and report on the performance of digital marketing campaigns and initiatives, using data-driven insights to optimize strategies and drive continuous improvement.
Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in digital marketing and the fitness industry, ensuring that our strategies are always cutting-edge and effective.
Minimum Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Digital Marketing, Marketing, Information Technology, Business, Communications, or a related field.
7+ years of experience in digital marketing, with a proven track record of success in driving customer engagement and business growth.
Strong proficiency in Google Analytics/Ads/Tag Manager/Search Console, Meta Business Suite, marketing automation, and other relevant tools and platforms.
Deep understanding of implementing strategies to improve SEO.
Demonstrated experience in utilizing segmentation strategies to analyze target audiences, tailor marketing messages, and optimize campaign performance.
Exceptional communication, project management, and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously.
Creative, analytical, and detail-oriented, with a strong focus on delivering results in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred Experience With:

Hubspot marketing hub.
Word Press Divi theme and web page builder.
Programmatic display advertising.
Leveraging Predictive analytics and artificial intelligence to improve marketing performance.
