ECI Contracting is hiring a General Manager to join their growing team. The General Manager's primary function is to lead operations for area utility and construction services clients throughout the upper Midwest region. The General Manager will be responsible for the following:

Facilitate and ensure that regional strategic objectives are met with effectiveness and efficiency. Cultivate a culture of continuous improvement to grow sales, reduce expenses/costs, increase productivity, improve quality, reduce materials/supplies inventory, and facilitate general positive change. Ensure optimum performance of the region. Recommend and implement techniques to improve productivity, increase efficiencies, reduce costs, and take advantage of Promote and support the company's core safety values through modeling the desired behaviors and communicating and reinforcing the messages through daily activities and Monitor project objectives, company policies, procedures, and performance standards of all field

Requirements: Over the road traveling position throughout the Minnesota metro, Iowa, and the Dakotas to oversee projects, the team, and troubleshoot as needed. Ability to work on job sites, shop, office, vehicle. Minimum 10 years of gas distribution knowledge Minimum 5 years of management experience
