General Job Description -- Rental Sales: Full-Time

Reports to: Rental Sales Manager

Location:

Moscow, ID only

Important: We are not hiring seasonally for this position. Must be able to work year around, full-time during store hours.

Job Summary:

The Rental Department Sales Associate will engage with customers face-to-face while providing excellent customer service, writing sales orders, creating rental contracts and answering phones. This position requires an ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment both in a climate-controlled retail space and outside in the elements during all seasons of the year.

Previous experience working the trades or in a rental shop is preferred. The position will also require assisting with regular stock maintenance, cycle counting, down stocking and facing/merchandising of products sold from within the Rental Department.

Essential Functions:

Work with customer to generate excitement, promote sales and retain their business

Offer safe and practical solutions to customer-related issues

Use BisTrack POS sales and inventory modules daily

Write up contracts and generate sales orders

Handle cash

Communicate with management and team leaders to ensure that customer's demands are met

Mechanical experience a plus

Experience:

The successful candidate will need to be determined and self-motivated, willing to get dirty and perform hard laborious work as needed. They need to be able to have an intelligible conversation with customers and some level of confidence working with computers is a MUST

Education:

High School Education or GED
