BECOMING ONE OF OUR PAYROLL MANAGERS

At our organization, we prioritize cultivating a supportive work environment where every team member thrives. Alongside this commitment, we offer a competitive salary ranging from $82,000 to $92,000 annually, with eligibility for an annual bonus. Additionally, we provide a comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, and vision coverage, a 401(k) plan, generous PTO, vacation time, and enticing hotel discounts.

Your days as a Payroll Manager at Western States Lodging & Management are a whirlwind of activity, perfectly suited to your fast-paced nature. Each day you dive into the intricate world of payroll administration with precision and purpose. Staying ahead of the curve is essential as you diligently track and absorb the ever-evolving landscape of laws and regulations spanning the nation. Doing so ensures our organization remains compliant in every state it operates in. Armed with this knowledge, you navigate through decisions with confidence, knowing that accuracy and compliance are non-negotiable for the company's reputation. Despite the weight of responsibility, your approach remains approachable and personable, fostering an environment where collaboration thrives within our tight-knit management team. From resolving payroll discrepancies to spearheading payroll system upgrades tailored to the hospitality industry, every task is tackled with a blend of expertise and empathy, ensuring both efficiency and employee satisfaction.

This supervisory role operates on a full-time basis, Monday through Friday, from 9 am to 5 pm.
