Job Title: Order Fulfillment Planner

Job Summary:
Responsible for creating, managing, and releasing orders to the warehouse floor as well as performing day-to-day warehouse management system (WMS) administrative duties.

Job Responsibility:
  • Support key functions including Warehouse, Sales, Customer Service, Operations, and the customer.
  • Responsible for ensuring all orders have been released to warehouse floor, properly allocated, and prioritized for processing.
  • Monitor order fulfillment progress and report status to internal and external customers as needed.
  • Research and troubleshoot order allocation issues.
  • Responsible for warehouse management system administrative duties such as setting up new customers, adding customer part numbers / SKUs, and ensuring inventory allocation setup based on customer requirements regarding serialization vs non-serialization.

Job Requirements:
  • Preferred: bachelor's degree in supply chain management, Operations, or related degree.
  • Experience working with a Warehouse Management System (WMS), ERP/MRP system.
  • Excellent computer skills including MS Word, Excel, and Power Point.
  • Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment with fluctuating priorities and deadlines.
  • Strong organizational skills.
  • Excellent communication skills both written and verbal.
