ob Summary:
We are seeking a dedicated and efficient Client Care Specialist to join our team. As a Client Care Specilaist, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, providing exceptional service and resolving any inquiries or issues they may have. Your primary goal will be to ensure customer satisfaction and enhance our reputation by delivering outstanding customer support.
Responsibilities:
- Respond promptly to customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat, and provide accurate information and solutions
- Identify and assess customers' needs to achieve resolution of inquiries
- Escalate unresolved issues to the appropriate team for further investigation and resolution
- Proactively identify opportunities to improve customer satisfaction and recommend process improvements
- Collaborate with other team members and departments to ensure effective resolution of customer queries
- Stay up-to-date with company products, services, and policies to provide accurate information to customers
- Uphold a professional and empathetic approach when dealing with customers, ensuring their concerns are heard and addressed promptly
- Strive to meet or exceed key performance indicators (KPIs) and maintain customer satisfaction ratings
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in a customer service role, preferably in a fast-paced environment (restaurant, sales, etc....)
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively
- Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail
- Proficient in using customer service software, databases, and applications
- Ability to remain calm and work well under pressure
- Empathy and patience when dealing with challenging customer situations
- Flexibility to work in shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as required
