Client Success Specialist

Are you passionate about client satisfaction and relationship building? We're seeking a Client Success Specialist to join our team and work closely with Implementations, Sales, and Operations. In this role, you'll manage client relationships, address issues proactively, and ensure client retention and growth. Internal champion between clients and internal teams, ensuring the delivery of timely and effective solutions according to customer needs and improving the entire client experience.
Operational Responsibilities
As a Client Success Specialist, you will assist with client onboarding from agreement review to implementation handoff. You will conduct bi-annual client business reviews, which may include travel, and hold monthly touchpoints to enhance service quality. You will provide detailed monthly recovery and billing reports, present meter health reports with proposed solutions, and proactively explain beneficial services. Additionally, you will summarize and address client issues quarterly, stay updated with regulatory changes, and develop questions to understand client initiatives.
- Understand client organizations, products/services, and stay aware of client news and changes, updating client records accordingly.
- Monitor client portfolios to ensure recovery maximization and meet account performance objectives.
- Promote goodwill with customers, review client history, and proactively assess and validate customer needs.
- Resolve escalated resident issues with clients and adapt to consistent change and process improvements.
- Meet departmental goals for timeliness and accuracy, maintaining company standards.
- Emphasize exceptional client and customer relationships and commit to long-term availability (at least one full year).
- Work both individually and in a team environment to achieve departmental and organizational objectives.
- Ensure compliance with appropriate standards of conduct and be willing to travel for client needs and industry events.
