As our VP of Operations, you will lead operational activities for a large facility providing strategic goals and objectives and ensuring that all teams have resources and defined budgets to ensure success. You will diligently monitor, track, and analyze production status to ensure prompt support or process improvement as needed. At an executive level, you will ensure our core values and culture are maintained throughout operational practices to exceed superior experience for internal and external partners.
Primary Responsibilities
- Direct and collaborate with varying leadership, team members, and divisions in managing the plant's daily performance in safety, quality, production, maintenance, and cost control.
- Oversee efficient procurement and project completion, managing production schedules, expenses, and labor planning.
- Ensure the plant meets financial targets and stays within budget.
- Support operations within all facility and production strategies and metrics
- Ensure compliance with governmental regulations and permits while implementing and adhering to safety, environmental, and quality standards.

Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in a related field
- 8+ years of experience in industrial manufacturing or commercial construction.
- Technically inclined with proficiency in manufacturing software and ERP systems
- Proficient in managing and maintaining facility/operational budgets including cost analysis
