Working as a part of the Marketing department, the Digital Marketing Specialist will be responsible for delivering a broad range of support including project management, technical execution, process definition, lead management, and systems administration. The Digital Marketing Specialist will leverage and manage sophisticated marketing applications, including marketing automation, CRM systems, email marketing, project collaboration software and content application platforms, along with other tools to support marketing processes, procedures, and reporting. The ideal candidate will help manage the infrastructure needed for executional excellence and achievement of revenue goals across each product segment. Analyze and recommend adjustments to our SEO efforts, paid search and sponsored content strategies. Project-manage the development of email, web and social media marketing tactics. This includes planning, sourcing, and execution of various projects ranging from email blasts to campaign pages and social posts. Demonstrate organization, clarity of communication, documentation and effectiveness in completing tasks. Source effective 3rd party providers and collaborate effectively with outside vendors and agencies. Drive increased web traffic through both organic (SEO & content generation) and paid efforts (ads, promoted content, programmatic advertising). Monitor and improve conversion rates and the monetized value of each customer. Make recommendations for streamlining our online/ecommerce UX (user experience) in the context of how changes will affect user engagement (i.e., bounce rates, time spent, conversion, etc.). Participate in self-learning of industry “best practices,” demonstrating an ability to bring new ways of doing business into the organization for greater online sales performance. Develop and oversee key analytics such as ROI and other digital KPIs, effectively executing a data-driven marketing approach. Provide support for key marketing systems and tools (Salesforce.com, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, iPresent, Box) used to support the Sales Team. Know and understand customer personas and segmentation to help make well-informed decisions on segmentation and targeting of the campaigns, tailoring communications messages in each campaign to connect to relevant customer personas at their correct buying cycle stage. Provide project management support for marketing activities including campaigns, web properties, and special projects, including development of milestones and schedules for projects, ensuring project team and stakeholder alignment. Analyze and report on established marketing KPIs, campaign metrics, and target audience engagement as well as regular measurement of campaign ROI against goals. Assist with proper documentation and storage for all digital assets. Create, manage, test, execute, and track lead generation campaigns. Execute list uploads, email campaign execution, and other support required for timely and successful campaign execution. Liaise with other marketing team members to develop, implement and drive social media and digital campaigns and strategies. Refine systems and scope/research/implement new technologies where relevant. Position Expertise/Qualifications Program of Study Preferred/Required Minimum

Ensures that work outputs are highly accurate. Proficient in Microsoft software applications: Excel, Word, PowerPoint and Outlook. Must be proficient in Marketing programs and platforms, including Salesforce.com, Marketing Cloud, Constant Contact, Hubspot, Adobe, Formstack, Microsoft Office Suite - Word, Excel, PowerPoint – and other and automated workflow systems and applications. Strong analytical skills and experience with reporting, dashboard development and data analysis. Working knowledge of HTML and CSS a plus. Strong initiative and proactive problem-solving capabilities. Effective time management and project management skills with the ability to prioritize, manage multiple projects, and meet deadlines with minimal oversight. Resourceful, self-starter that works best in a team environment. Flexible in a fast-paced setting with competing and ever-changing tasks. Demonstrated poise and grace under pressure; demonstrated initiative and resourcefulness. Strong work ethic; strong attention to detail; ability to work well with others. Ability to effectively document and communicate processes as well as identify and address dependencies across work streams. Desire to keep up with industry best-practices and market trends. Ability to work collaboratively with marketing events, product marketing, digital marketing, sales operations, and sales team members.
