We are looking for a passionate, collaborative, and curious candidate to join our larger Marketing team as a Sr. Marketing Specialist, Product Mktg. This role will work across Paradigm's suite of legal software solutions and be responsible for bringing new products and features to market and creating resources and collateral for sales enablement. This role will work cross-functionally with product, sales, customer success, and demand generation to educate current and prospective customers on the benefits of our products and product features in order to drive adoption and usage. This role helps shape Paradigm's product messaging to grow and nurture our customer base.

The Sr. Marketing Specialist, Product Mktg will function as an integral part of Paradigm's Marketing team and will report directly to Paradigm's Product Marketing Manager. This role is fully remote.

We are looking for a self-starter with an aptitude for exceptional communication and follow-up, with former product marketing and/or content marketing experience. We're looking for someone who can hit the ground running and immediately begin adding value to a collaborative and ambitious team.

Responsibilities

Develop and execute go-to-market and cross-sell campaigns and partners cross-functionally with Product, Sales, Customer Success, and Demand Generation teams to successfully bring new products and features to market. Create clear messaging on product positioning and value propositions to maximize product adoption, engagement and usage via customer interviews, competitive analysis, and internal team collaboration. Support internal stakeholders (Product, Sales, Customer Success) with clear articulation of product / feature benefits, use cases, and differentiation within the market. Develop and execute tactical marketing plans that drive product and feature adoption, including blog posts, emails campaigns, in-app messages, webinars, and social media campaigns. Produce compelling video assets that clearly demonstrate product use cases and value propositions by working with the wider marketing team and Product, Sales, and Customer Success teams. Interview current customers to gain deeper understanding of product / feature value propositions, developing case studies and other collateral based on interviews. Provide for other activities as it relates to internal sales and marketing projects. Other duties as assigned

The Successful Candidate in This Role Will Possess:

Strong written communication skills, with a proven ability to create clear messages that resonate with its intended audience Ability to work autonomously, while managing upward to the Product Marketing Manager and other internal stakeholders High degree of empathy and ability to put yourself in the shoes of our customers to understand their needs and challenges Ability to think strategically and leverage a variety of tactics to achieve measurable goals Great people skills and ability to work cross functionally across internal teams to get input and manage deadlines Resourcefulness, with ability to achieve results creatively with finite resources

The Qualifications We're Looking For

2-3 years of experience in product marketing or content marketing at a B2B SaaS company Strong copy writing experience, preferably in the context of SaaS products Strong verbal communication skills Excellent organization and communication skills Previous legal experience is plus
