As a growing company, we are always looking for new team members to help us continue in our success. Orgill is currenly in search of a Senior Accountant. To provide accounting assistance in the day to day maintenance and review
of the company financial data, prepare financial reports, participate with the accounting
department in maintenance of internal control, and prepare and maintain various data for
reporting to managers.

Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Prepare account reconciliations as assigned.
  • Assemble the monthly miscellaneous journal entries.
  • Facilitate the month end reporting and analysis.
  • Prepare the reconciliation of source reports to Financial Statements.
  • Participate in the yearly budget process.
  • Provide assistance with the annual audit schedules and testing data.
  • Assist in the writing and maintaining of accounting policies.
  • Aid the VP of Finance with miscellaneous projects.
  • Train and mentor Brand accountants as asked
Other duties may be assigned*

Success Factors - Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
  • Knowledge of current and emerging GAAP and related audit standards.
  • Aptitude to establish priorities, meet deadlines, manage one's own time, and proceed with limited supervision.
  • Ability to communicate information and ideas both verbally and written so others will understand.
  • Exercises judgment and initiative in interpreting policy and guidelines on financial matters.
  • Competence to use logic and reasoning to identify the strengths and weaknesses of alternative solutions, conclusions or approaches to problems.
  • Identifying complex problems and reviewing related information to develop and evaluate options and implement solutions.
Required Job Qualifications:
  • Bachelor degree in Accounting or Finance is required
  • Five plus years experience is preferred.
  • CPA preferred
  • Working knowledge of Gmail, G Suite, and Microsoft Office Products to include Word and Excel
  • Regular on-site, in person attendance is required
