Your day as a Client Support Specialist

As a Client Support Specialist at One Community Bank, you will be the crucial first point of contact for clients reaching out via phone, email, or online channels regarding a wide range of banking services. Handling deposit, loan, debit card accounts, and online/mobile banking inquiries, you will showcase your exceptional client service skills and problem-solving abilities to ensure our clients receive top-notch assistance. With the unique opportunity to process banking transactions via interactive video conferencing, you'll play a key role in offering a seamless and efficient banking experience.

This role goes beyond just customer service; we are seeking someone who can identify opportunities to recommend relevant bank products and services, nurture relationships, and represent the bank in community engagements, reflecting our values of investing in relationships and thinking big.
