Job Overview

We're seeking a skilled Showing Agent to support our sales team in delivering exceptional customer service and driving sales growth. As a key member of our team, you'll be responsible for showcasing properties to potential buyers, building strong relationships, and contributing to our company's success.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and showcase properties that meet buyer criteria, driving sales and revenue growth
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, listing agents, and home sellers to ensure seamless showings and transactions
  • Coordinate and attend on-site property inspections with clients to ensure a smooth and timely process
  • Utilize CRM and marketing technologies to effectively manage client communications and lead generation
  • Stay up-to-date on market trends and industry developments to provide expert guidance to clients

Requirements:

  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and drive results-oriented sales strategies
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a strong focus on building relationships and delivering exceptional customer service
  • Proficiency in CRM and marketing technologies, with a willingness to learn and adapt to new tools and systems
  • High school diploma or equivalent, with a real estate license or willingness to obtain one
  • Bilingual Spanish/English skills a plus
