Job DetailsLevelEntryJob LocationCharis Bible College Colorado - Woodland Park, COPosition TypeFull TimeEducation LevelHigh SchoolSalary Range$18.00 - $19.00 HourlyTravel PercentageNegligibleJob ShiftDayJob CategoryCustomer ServiceDescriptionPosition Purpose:To connect with the partners of Andrew Wommack Ministries through personal interactions such as phone calls, intimate prayer sessions, written correspondence, etc. The heart is to bless the partners and connect them with Andrew's Teachings via different mediums including websites, social media, and various events.Essential Duties:Facilitate daily calls to encourage and bless partnersAssist with event preparations where partners attend, before, during, and after the event/s (this will be home and some away conferences)Handwrite and send out thank you notesPlace special calls requested by staff (i.e. disaster calls, special prayer, etc.)Return calls from partners who follow up ona received business card or phone messageParticipate in Partner Relations Team meetings/planning sessionsParticipate in Partner calling team brainstorming and communication meetingsFacilitate calls for special events (i.e. Partner Receptions)Before making calls ensure that proper call preparations occur (i.e. development of ministry topics, fully informed of the current event/call purpose, etc.)Assist with bookstore open houses events as neededResearch requests related to partner events, strategies, etc. (as required)Respond to emails in a timely mannerStay abreast of what Andrew is teaching to better connect with and inform partnersAssist Partners with navigating the website to locate particular teachingsAnswer Partner questions and connectthem to resources (as appropriate)Send out teachings to partners (as needed)Update Partner Donor Direct accounts with appropriate documentationBeing familiar with Andrew's current teachings, meetings, and various updates that may impact PartnersActively engaging and building relationships with AWM partners via phone, written correspondence, etc.Attend training sessions about changes or updates in the current or future job rolesOther duties as assigned by the managerQualificationsKnowledge, Skills, and Abilities:Excellent verbal and written communicationskillsGood problem-solving skillsExcellent active listening skillsAbove-average Windows-based computer and multi-program navigation skillsSound knowledge of Andrew's doctrine and his specific teachingsHigh level of accuracy and attention to detailAbility to discern potential needs and minister accordingly.Strong knowledge of The WordOutgoing and kind demeanorAble to speak clearly over the phone.Ability to communicate/coordinate with a wide variety of people.Self-motivated and able to work diligently with little supervision.Excellent organizational, coordination, and prioritizing skills.High level of initiative and proactiveness.Team player able to receive direction with a cheerful attitude.Requirements:Must have a personal relationship with Jesus Christ.Must sign the Statement of Faith.A high school diploma or equivalent education is required.Charis Bible College graduate is preferred.Must have nice handwriting.Must pass all required checks.Experience:1 to 3 years' experience in Phone Ministry.1 to 3 years' Experience Windows suite1 to 3 years of Customer Service experience a must.Compensation is commensurate with experience.We offer a comprehensive benefits package for full-time employees to include the following: Medical,Dental,Vision,Paid Time Off (PTO),Paid Holidays per year (10), Flexible Spending Account (FSA)-Medical/Dependent Care,Health Savings Account (HSA),Voluntary Life and AD&D,Short Term Disability,Long Term Disability,403(b) Retirement Plan,Life Assistance Program, Accident/Hospital,ID Shield/Legal Shield and TelehealthAbout Us: Andrew Wommack Ministries (AWM) is a teaching ministry of unconditional love and the balance between grace and faith.
