About the Opportunity:

The shifts are Sunday to Wednesday (6am-2pm, 12pm-10pm, or 10pm-6am) or Wednesday to Saturday (6am-2pm, 12pm-10pm, or 10pm-6am).

Responsibilities:

The Network Operations Center (NOC) Technician will be responsible for monitoring, networking, ticketing, and troubleshooting within the NOC environment.

Qualifications:

  • 1+ year of Network Operations Center (NOC) experience
  • Associate's and/or Bachelor's Degree
  • Cisco networking skills
  • SolarWinds monitoring experience
  • Experience with ServiceNow or other ticketing systems
  • Experience with Cisco CCNA
  • CompTIA experience
  • Knowledge of Network Technologies, Connectivity, Protocols, and security
  • Solid problem solving and time management skills
  • Great interpersonal skills
  • Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Highly organized
