Super Soccer Stars, the nation's leading youth soccer program, is looking for a talented Sales Specialist to join our dynamic team. As a Sales Specialist, you will play a crucial role in driving our sales efforts and expanding our customer base.Responsibilities include: Identifying and pursuing new sales leads through research, networking, and in person visits Building and maintaining relationships with clients, understanding their needs, and providing tailored solutions Preparing and delivering persuasive sales presentations and proposals Working closely with the management team to develop strategies to increase sales and brand awareness Meeting or exceeding sales targets and goals The ideal candidate will have a strong sales background, excellent communication and negotiation skills, and a passion for sports and youth development. You should be self-motivated, results-oriented, and able to work independently as well as collaboratively with team members.Requirements Prior experience in sales, preferably in a sports-related industry Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills Self-motivated and goal-oriented mindset Ability to work independently and as part of a team Passion for sports and youth development Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets Benefits Commission - $500 per contract Discounts on programming for you and your family Travel rewards Flexible Scheduling Constant support and training
