Job Duties and Responsibilities

  1. Identify business opportunities, provide recommendations, and implement improvements.
  2. Support operational excellence efforts to standardize, centralize and deliver value to the operating companies through service delivery.
  3. Lead a variety of small- to mid-size projects, which may involve developing solutions for problems.
  4. Identify, recommend and implement changes to policies, procedures, and business models.
  5. Map, analyze and enhance business processes.
  6. Review and compile data to inform decision making, report on progress and communicate needs.
  7. Articulate complex and technical concepts with non-technical audiences in a manner that is clear, concise, and adds value to these audiences.
  8. Provide accurate, timely and responsive services to the business.
  9. Perform additional duties as requested or assigned.


Qualifications

Education:

  • Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting; or equivalent work experience and knowledge.
Experience:
  • 3-5 years of experience on business project teams in a business analyst capacity on with project leadership.
Knowledge and Skills:
  • Understanding of business systems, processes, data, and user needs.
  • Strong technical skills and aptitude to learn new systems.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to communicate and collaborate with both business and technical stakeholders.
  • High level proficiency with Microsoft Excel.
  • Power Query and VBA programming preferred.
