Job Summary The Retirement Plan Service Consultant supports retirement plan services and collaborates closely with our Investment Advisors. This full-time, exempt position is based at one of our offices in Vermont or New Hampshire. It offers some flexibility for remote work and in-office presence, including travel between our Brattleboro, VT and Hanover, NH offices as required. Position responsibilities include: Conduct group and individual education sessions for retirement plan participants, both onsite at client locations throughout the region and virtually. Respond to phone calls and emails from plan participants. Help prepare and present Annual Plan Review materials to Retirement Plan Committees in person and virtually. Help run department infrastructure including fund analytics, third-party benchmarking, regulatory notices and updates, track and document the advisory service model, and creation of participant education materials. Required Qualifications Experience: 5 years of professional experience in a related field preferred. Participant education responsibility requires comfort and/or experience in speaking to groups, both in-person and virtually. Must possess genuine desire to help clients, both proactively and in response to their inquiries and needs. Must be proficient in the use of technology, so the candidate can learn our systems of reporting, planning, and analytics for clients. Must have experience developing and preparing presentation materials. Qualifications, Skills & Abilities Must have Series 65 Securities license, or equivalent, or obtain a license in the first 90 days of employment. Education: Bachelor’s Degree preferred. Ability to work independently in a dynamic work environment and manage multiple projects is required. High degree of self-discipline and motivation. Ability to receive and interpret complex information and to respond appropriately. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Excellent math and organizational skills. Strong accuracy and attention to detail. Candidates must be willing and able to travel within the service region as needed.
