Office Manager

The Office Manager will work closely with the regional staff to provide administrative and general organizational support for the regional office.
Administrative Support Duties
- Provide administrative support to Division Presidents, VP of Land, Regional Marking Director, VP of Contruction and other personnel for projects, reports, and other needs.
- Manage daily runs and special runs.
- Assist with permits if needed (printing, scheduling pickup and delivery, preparing checks).
- Provide support to the MLS team with updating information as needed.
- Maintain office condition; coordinate maintenance and repairs with building management.
- Assist with HR onboarding as needed.
- Arrange catering for office functions and other miscellaneous events.
- Ensure printers are regularly maintained and serviced.
- Order office and kitchen supplies.
- Address miscellaneous situations that arise in a professional manner.
- Homebuyer calls - compile information and direct to appropriate person.
- Homeowner calls - diffuse difficult situations, send email to DP, VPC, PM, and SP with all pertinent information. Follow up when necessary.
- Answer Realtor's questions and direct calls accordingly.
- Greet and assist visitors.
- Accept shipments and distribute.
- Print marketing materials and distribute.
- Approve business card orders.
- Process Marketing invoices.
- Assist with processing photos and scheduling filming.
- Order supplies and schedule delivery and pickup (ex: Tour of Homes, closing gifts).
- Produce and maintain Marketing-related spreadsheets as needed.

- High School Diploma or equivalent required.
- Requires at least 3 years of relevant administrative support experience.
- Demonstrated computer skills including a working knowledge of MS Office products, including Outlook, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
- Current, valid Driver's License with acceptable driving record and reliable transportation.
