Position Overview:

We are currently seeking a Parts Specialist to join our team on a full-time basis. The Parts Specialist will be responsible for managing and maintaining our inventory of parts and supplies, as well as assisting with customer orders and inquiries. The ideal candidate will have a strong attention to detail, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage and maintain inventory of parts and supplies

- Monitor stock levels and place orders as needed

- Receive and inspect incoming parts and supplies

- Accurately record and track inventory levels

- Assist with customer orders and inquiries

- Provide excellent customer service and ensure customer satisfaction

- Work closely with other team members to ensure timely delivery of parts and supplies

- Keep work area clean and organized

- Follow all safety procedures and protocols

Qualifications:

- High school diploma or equivalent

- Previous experience in a similar role preferred

- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

- Excellent communication and customer service skills

- Basic computer skills and proficiency in inventory management software

- Ability to lift and move heavy objects

- Knowledge of automotive parts and equipment is a plus

- Military veteran status is a plus
