Snorkel is hiring an exceptional leader to join our founding partner team. The Snorkel Partnerships team builds relationships that deliver sales multipliers, expand our addressable market, and accelerate time-to-value for our customers, ultimately empowering organizations to move from AI prototype to production value faster.

This role requires excellent leadership skills, relationship-building ability, business acumen, and a healthy dose of pragmatism. You are ready to embrace a ‘learn it all’ vs ‘know it all’ culture and pivot to new strategies and partners as the rapidly evolving AI landscape shifts. You have a proven track record working with and motivating highly technical partners and internal stakeholders. You will report to the Head of Partnerships and align cross-functionally with Sales, Product, Marketing, Research and senior executive leadership.

Responsibilities

Build, lead, and scale a strategic partnership portfolio with revenue responsibility

Develop a deep understanding of our product, customers, and ecosystem to effectively communicate the "why, how, and what" for each partner and align strategic priorities, product roadmaps and GTM strategies.

Develop crisp “better together”’ value propositions and author sales/marketing assets

Identify, build, and enhance partner programs and incentives required to deliver success for partners and customers at scale.

Execute consistent partner cosales motions that remove friction across the sales cycle, build trust, and reliably reach sales goals

Create and manage opportunity pipelines for each strategic partner

Formalize partner governance including business goals and measurement, exec alignment, QBRs

Requirements

10+ years of partner and/or enterprise sales experience

3+ years leading Cloud partnerships (AWS preferred) from tech partner

Strong joint solution development and partner co-sell/GTM execution experience

Successful track record driving results in high-growth, rapidly evolving organizations

Prior experience scaling a technology partnership with marked increase in revenue, retention, or other key metrics

Demonstrated experience working with a highly technical product and audiences; clear communication and the ability to quickly establish credibility with executive-level and highly technical individual contributors alike

Scrappy and execution oriented, capable of making decisions/delivering results quickly

Data-driven and capable of tracking and presenting results clearly

Nice To Have

Success onboarding and activating GSI partners

Direct sales experience including familiarity with MEDDPICC sales qualification methodology

ML/AI industry and ecosystem expertise
