POSITION SUMMARY

The Vice President of Strategic Partnership is in charge of overseeing CCG's sales efforts through various channels such as Manufactures Representatives, OEMs, Owner's, and Corporate Accounts.

In this role, the VP of Strategic Partnership leads the Strategic Markets sales team, driving sales growth and enhancing the company's competitive position in the market.

This position holds a crucial role within the company's leadership team, contributing significantly to overall strategic development and execution.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
  • Develop and execute the company's sales strategy and market development programs to achieve sales growth targets.
  • Foster and enhance relationships with key players in the markets, including developers, property owners, consultants, and engineers.
  • Manage a team of Strategic Sales professionals to optimize sales territory performance.
  • Monitor and report key sales performance indicators regularly.
  • Assess and enhance the strategic accounts network.
  • Provide updates to senior leadership on sales programs and strategies.
  • Collaborate with credit and finance teams to ensure seamless operations.
  • Identify and pursue business opportunities within Strategic Market prospects.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery and customer satisfaction.
  • Cultivate positive relationships with existing and potential customers.
Supervisory Responsibilities

Conduct supervisory duties according to company policies and regulations, including recruitment, training, performance evaluation, and conflict resolution.

SKILLS & ABILITIES
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in engineering, marketing, business, or related field required (MBA Preferred)
  • Experience: Minimum ten years of sales experience in industrial equipment for commercial construction.
  • HVAC industry experience mandatory, with preference for Fan Coil or Air Handler specific experience.
  • Computer Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Office, ERP, and CRM systems.
