Join our team as a Receptionist/Administrative Assistant in Delray Beach
This is a part-time (less than 30 hours per week) fully in office position in our office in Delray Beach, FL.
Key Areas of Responsibility
- Manage Reception by kindly greeting guests and providing general support to visitors
- Effectively communicate by e-mail, telephone and written correspondence any information pertaining to the Client Services office
- Manage local employees badge access
- Order and stock all office and break-room supplies
- Manage vendor relationships for office and break-rooms
- Collect and distribute mail and shipments accordingly
- Provide office support services such as photocopying, compilation and distribution of materials
- Point of contact for building management and input maintenance requests as needed
- Ensure conference rooms, supply rooms and break-rooms are always neat, stocked and maintained
- Place orders for breakfast and lunch for meetings as needed
- Support Administration with other duties as assigned
- Positive helpful attitude towards visitors and employees
- Attention to keeping office space neat, organized and well stocked
- Knowledge of computer software packages including Outlook, Word and Excel
- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Adaptable and motivated to learn
- Diplomatic problem solver and results-driven
- Written and verbal communication skills (in person and on phone)
- Knowledge of office procedures, practices and equipment
- Ability to work independently and in stressful situations
- Ability to multi-task
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Two to three years' relevant experience
- Office environment preferred
