Job Description:
Join our team as an HR Administrator and provide essential support to our Human Resources department. You'll play a vital role in maintaining organizational records, ensuring efficient processes, and contributing to a positive work environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative support to the HR department.
- Identify, enhance, and follow specific processes and procedures to maximize efficiency.
- Maintain and catalog organizational records and documents.
- Classify and catalog various types of media.
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 2+ years of experience in a related field
- Basic skills in analytical thinking, problem-solving, oral and written communication, interpersonal skills, decision-making, organization, prioritization, and business process interrelationships
- Basic business acumen
- Ability to adhere to deadlines and time-sensitive tasks
- Ability to follow accuracy standards and make sound decisions
- Ability to collaborate effectively within a team environment
- Ability to communicate and problem-solve under stress
- Ability to adapt to change and accept feedback
- Ability to apply skills to new work situations
- Ability to collaborate with peers, managers, and others
- Demonstrates sound memory and ability to process new information
