The ideal candidate will be motivated to succeed, is well organized, able to prioritize, and able to work well with a team. This can be an in-person, remote, or hybrid work arrangement; proximity to our Cranston, RI office is a plus.

Responsibilities: Create, customize, and review plan documents and participant disclosures using online platforms. Assist with the preparation of annual reporting and filing, including Forms 5500, 720 and 1095 Update and maintain employer and benefits plan information in multiple technology platforms to ensure accuracy. Qualifications: BA/BS degree required, paralegal or legal studies certification or legal work experience preferred Practical experience in employee benefits is a plus Highly proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Word and Excel Experience with Salesforce a plus Demonstrates very strong attention to detail Manages multiple clients, assignments, and deadlines with strong organizational skills Aptitude for learning new technology platforms Ability to problem solve and set priorities, and to ask questions when needed Strong time management skills and the ability to meet deadlines with accuracy Works independently as well as with a team Interact with internal staff and clients in a professional and pleasant matter Strong oral and written communication skills Demonstrate persistence to overcome obstacles or challenges Strives to improve skills and achieve goals Benefits: Company Paid Life Insurance, Long-Term and Short-Term Disability.
