Location: Houston TX

Job Type : Full time / Direct Hire

Responsibilities

Gathering Requirements: Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze business requirements related to Salesforce implementation or enhancements. Solution Design: Design solutions within Salesforce to address business needs, including customization of objects, fields, workflows, validation rules, and process automation. Configuration: Configure Salesforce features such as user interface, security settings, data management, and integration with other systems. Data Management: Ensure data integrity within Salesforce by defining data models, establishing data governance practices, and performing data migration or manipulation tasks. Process Automation: Develop and maintain automated processes using tools like Process Builder, Workflow Rules, and Flow to streamline business processes and improve efficiency. User Training and Support: Provide training and support to end-users on Salesforce functionality, features, and best practices. Address user inquiries and troubleshoot issues as they arise. Documentation: Create and maintain documentation including requirements specifications, design documents, configuration guides, and user manuals. Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams including Sales, Marketing, Customer Support, and IT to ensure alignment of Salesforce solutions with overall business objectives. Continuous Improvement: Stay current with Salesforce updates, best practices, and industry trends. Identify opportunities for system enhancements and optimization to drive continuous improvement.

Skills And Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or related field. Salesforce certifications such as Salesforce Administrator (ADM 201) and Salesforce Advanced Administrator (ADM 211) are preferred. Proven experience as a Salesforce Business Analyst and Administrator, with a strong understanding of Salesforce platform capabilities and limitations. Proficiency in Salesforce configuration, including customization of objects, fields, page layouts, workflows, and validation rules. Experience with Salesforce Lightning Experience and familiarity with Lightning Web Components (LWC) is a plus. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with stakeholders at all levels of the organization. Detail-oriented with a focus on quality and accuracy in all aspects of work. Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
